Spotlight on NEW FACULTY

Dr. Stewart Diemont has joined the Dept. of Environmental Resources and Forest Engineering at SUNY-ESF. His research combines ecological engineering and anthropology to investigate the rainforest management practices of Mayan communities in Central America.

Dr. Jason Fridley joined the SU Biology Dept. in 2006. He specializes in the dynamic geography of plant diversity, including plant distributions, plant invasions, and their consequences for ecosystems.
